At Linkt Designs, we specialize in creating memorable experiences through permanent jewelry. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, hosting a wedding event, or simply planning a fun gathering with loved ones, we’re here to make your occasion unforgettable. From intimate gatherings to elegant celebrations, we offer a variety of event options, including wedding packages tailored to add a unique touch to your special day. Event Booking Policies

  • A minimum of eight guests is required to book a private event or party.​

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your event. This deposit will be applied to your final balance at the end of the event.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please contact Linkt Designs at least 72 hours in advance to discuss available dates.

  • You may reschedule your event once without losing your deposit, provided at least 72 hours' notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling will require an additional $25 administrative fee.

  • If you reschedule or cancel less than 72 hours prior to your event, your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book a future event.

  • If a new date cannot be agreed upon within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • In case of emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible to explore options.

Travel Policies

  • Linkt Designs primarily operates in Tyler, TX, and surrounding areas, offering services for private events.

  • There is a travel fee for private events if the event is more than 25 miles away. The fee structure is as follows:

    • 25-35 miles: $50 fee

    • 36-45 miles: $75 fee

    • 45-60 miles: $100 fee

    • 60+ miles: TBD (contact us for a customized quote)

  • For events within 25 miles of Tyler, TX, no travel fee applies.
